We want your Salt & Spirit order to arrive safely and feel good from the moment it reaches you.

Below is everything you need to know about shipping and returns. If you ever have questions, we are always happy to help.


Shipping

Orders are typically processed within two to four business days. Because many of our products are made in small batches, processing times may vary slightly during high volume periods. We promise it is worth the wait.

Shipping times depend on the option selected at checkout and your location. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

At this time, Salt & Spirit ships within the United States.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect address information.


Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within seven days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

We care deeply about the quality of our products and your experience.


Returns

Due to the nature of personal care products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

If your product arrives unopened and unused and you believe it is not the right fit for you, please reach out within seven days of delivery. We are happy to review your request on a case by case basis.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Shipping costs are non refundable.

Please allow a few business days for refunds to appear, depending on your payment provider.
